Het kleine huisje links is van een monnik van tempel Wat Luang in Phon Phisai. Het 4 kamer huis in aanbouw is het nieuwe guesthouse voor bezoekende monniken. Het is een geschenk aan de tempel door een non, die haar ouderlijk huis heeft geschonken, na hun overlijden. Het oorspronkelijke huis met hout uit een nationaal park is 60 jaar oud. De kosten voor de herbouw worden aangeboden door de lokale administratie. Drie monniken met ervaring in de bouw verrichten de werkzaamheden, ondersteund door personeel van de gemeente en vrijwilligers.
